Bedside Message Jewels was created when an idea came along after the Designer, who is also a healthcare professional, while interacting with patients by their bedsides, thought of having a line where family members can share special moments and memories with loved ones while visiting them at the hospital. The Designer created the line as a thank you to all the patients over the years!!

Bedside Message Jewels is for anyone. No it is not for only hospital gifting. It is for everyone wanting a beautiful, sentimental, great gift for any occasion such as wedding anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, Valentines, Just Because, Best Friends Forever, and so on.

We ship our jewelry by highly trusted carriers like FedEx, so the chances of anything happening to your prized package are super slim. Plus, all our shipments are fully insured. Visit our shipping page for more information.

Nope. We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it’s our policy that a signature is required for all Bedside Message Jewels orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx.

Well, although it’s highly unlikely– if you didn’t LOVE your BedsideMessageJewels.com purchase and wanted a refund, you have 30 days (for jewelry) and 15 days (for watches) to call us and arrange for an exchange or refund, including return shipping charges. Unfortunately, Canadian orders that are returned for refund will need to pay a small return shipping fee of $6.50.
